		<description>The action taken to national disaster is awesome but it&#039;s a real shame that so many people take advantage of the sad situations.

I mean everytime there is an earthquake, a flood, an oil spill - there&#039;s always a group of heartless people who rip off tax payers.

This is in response to reading that 4 of Oprah Winfreys &quot;angels&quot; got busted ripping off the system.  Shame on them!

I just listened to a podcast on For Immediate Release where someone from travelocity talked about all the social media tools that they use (internally) to make thing better and easier for their workers. I know that gov&#039;t workers could greatly benefit from the same (being one myself) and could, in turn, do a better job of serving their customers - the public.</description>
