I’m a photographer who shoots what he wants.  That’s what’s great about not being an amateur. However, I’ve done some event and editorial photography, for friends or on subjects I’m interested in. I enjoy taking pics of artists, performers and life in the city.  Most of what I shoot is on my Flickr page and is tagged with a Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivs License.  This means that my pics can be used, provided I’m credited for them.  For more info, just email me.

Caveat Improv Group
I had a fun photoshoot with this group. The big picture at the top of the page is from the shoot. It was also reprinted in the Philadelphia Intelligencer.

NOAA Event Photography
On a brutally cold day, I did some event photography for my employer, photographing a wreath-laying ceremony at the Jefferson Memorial.

DCist Exposed Show
My photo “Rose Runs” appeared in the DCist Exposed Photography Show which ran March 9-16 at the Warehouse Theater. Sponsored by DCist.com, the show featured 40 different photos from around the Washington area.  Another one of my pics ran on the DCist.com site.

Schmap City Guides
A couple of my photos have been selected for inclusion in the newly released Schmap Washington DC Guide. Schmap is a PC-only freeware tool that runs interactive city guides. They found my photos through Flickr and also have included a photos of mine from Pebble Beach and Las Vegas.
